Do the Cots have mattresses?

e provide the BabyHood Dormire Portacots which comes with an included Mattress.

The Wooden Cots are the BabyHood FoldnGo which include a 10cm Foam or innerspring BreathEzy Mattress.

The Bugaboo Portacot comes with an included mattress.

Do you install Car Seats?

Yes we do. We hire Rear and Forward Facing Car Seats and Booster Seats.

We provide an installation service at our warehouse 7 days a week between 9.30 and 10.30am. There is a $25 charge for installation per Car Seat.

Please be sure to make an appointment.

What is your refund policy?

We have a generous refund policy. All booking cancellations must be made via Email to info@emuholidayhire.com.au at least 24 hours prior to 9am of the the delivery date and a full refund will be provided. Should less than 24 hours notice be given, the full refund will be provided less a $30 late cancellation fee . No refunds will be provided for items that have already been delivered or for cancellations made after 9am of the delivery date. If you are not satisfied with any of your hire items, please contact us as soon as possible! - we want you to have a wonderful experience.

We have a range of quality standard and premium products carefully selected for our hire catalogue after carefully listening to the needs of our loyal visitors to Noosa since 2005.

Owned and operated by Noosa locals, we have loads of knowledge and tips on all our beach, beds, babies and mobility products

As avid beach goers, we have great advice for the best stuff for the beach. Our office team includes mums and grandparents of young children, and many of our baby products have been tried and tested by our very own Emu office babies :)

Do you charge a delivery fee?

We charge a flat $24 delivery fee (this includes pick up of your items at the end of your hire period) - from Noosa all the way to Coolum beach and all the suburbs in between.

We also deliver to Maroochydore and surrounds on request. Please email us with your requirements.

Can I collect the hire goods from your warehouse in Noosa?

Yes, you are welcome to collect and return your hire items at our warehouse in Noosaville, 7 days a week between 9.30 and 10.30am . Please be sure to make an appointment first. Our address is 7 at 11b Venture drive Noosaville.

Which rollaway bed do I choose?

The Standard Single Beds are suitable for children and adults under 60kg

The Standard PLUS Single Beds are suitable for adults under 80kg

Choose the Deluxe King-Single Beds for ultimate comfort

What are your office hours?

Monday to Friday: 9am to 3pm (emails after 3pm)

Saturday and Sunday: 9am to 12noon (emails after 12noon)

Do you deliver and pick up?

Yes we deliver to all resorts, hotels, apartments and private homes within the Noosa Shire as well as all the way down the coast to Coolum Beach, including Sunshine Beach, Marcus Beach, Peregian Beach. We can also deliver to Maroochydore and surrounds on request. We also pick up your hire items

What time does my hire period start and end?

The Hire period starts from 2pm on the first day of hire and finishes at 10am on the last day of hire.

What locations do you deliver to?

Our office and warehouse is located in Noosaville and we deliver and pick up all over Noosa shire right up to Coolum beach including all the beachy places along the way - Sunshine and Sunrise Beach, Marcus and Castaways Beach, Peregian and Coolum Beach. We also deliver to Noosa Hinterland and surrounds and Maroochydore and Mooloolaba on request.

How are your hire products cleaned?

All our hire items are maintained and cleaned using environmentally sound products. All Cot and Bed linen is professionally laundered by Powder Blue in Noosa.

How far in advance do I need to book my hire items?

Best to book your products as early as possible to ensure we have your preferred items available for you. We do have a generous refund policy if you need to cancel for any reason.

For last minute (same day) bookings - you can book online up to 9am or please call or email us with your request. Tell us your dates, your name and contact details, what items you are wanting, and your accommodation details. It’s also helpful to know if you’ve booked directly through your accommodation or via an Airbnb or holiday host.

Can I extend my hire period?

You certainly can do - unless the item/s have already been booked out. Please email us with your requirements.

Do I need to clean the hire items at the end of the hire period?

We do ask that you please brush off any sand and wipe off any food or drink spills from your hire items. On return to our warehouse, all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised. All Bed and Cot Linen is professionally laundered at PowderBlue.

What time do you deliver?

For resorts, hotels and managed accommodation, we usually deliver prior to 2pm standard check in and pick up after 10am standard check out.

Having provided holiday hire equipment to Noosa and surrounds since 2005, we have a great relationship with most of the holiday accommodation managers and hosts and we can generally arrange with them to have your hire items ready at your accommodation before your arrival and pick up after your check-out.
